All payments should be made by direct deposit. In order to ensure that inventor royalty income is deposited to the correct account, inventors are required to complete the ACH VENDOR/MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENT ENROLLMENT FORM at http://www.ott.nih.gov/pdfs/SF3881-ROYALTIESONLY.PDF and return to the address below or otherwise provide the information requested on the form to the same address.
