All documents pertaining to admission to the STAGES aftercare program can be found under the “admissions” tab. All potential residents are required to complete the application for admission if they are interested in coming to the STAGES aftercare program. After completing this document and submitting the forms requested in it, we will review your application. Some things we consider when looking at your application are: 1) available beds in our facility at the time you plan to arrive, 2) your commitment to recovery, and 3) related physical, mental or emotional issues that could make the STAGES facility unable to provide the best care for you. We encourage you to contact us at info@stagesofrecovery.com with any questions that you might have. While your parents or other family members may assist you in getting ready to attend the STAGES aftercare program, we recommend that you actively participate in determining if the STAGES aftercare program is right for you.
