An EU anti-dumping proceeding cannot be ruled out as long as we operate in the European markets. We ve to be prepared for it. We ve already had four inquiries against us: the last one was the most difficult, lasting more than a year. To insulate our earnings against such inquiries, we are improving our regional mix to geographically diversify the revenue stream. There was some talk of Moser building an international capacity. Was this linked to the EU proceedings? We propose to set up a plant in eastern Germany, financing it out of internal accruals and loans against guarantees available there. This facility will target promotional orders large, seasonal orders that are usually decided at the last minute and cannot be tapped by us out of India. By a logical extension, this plant will also act as a shelter facility if the EU initiates similar anti-dumping proceedings, though that isn t the driving principle behind it.
