Is there a possibility of consortium-wide projects, such as genome-wide association analyses in the PCGC?

Yes. In the PCGC, all of the genetic and genomic studies will be consortium-wide. There is no specific plan to collect samples and data from patients outside of the consortium protocols, but this could be discussed at the first steering committee meeting and would also depend on cost.
