Is there a particular time period that is required for the test files?
Please submit one month of data during the time period of January 2008 through March 2009 for testing purposes. The same month must be used for testing all data types: enrollment data, medical claims, and/or pharmacy claims because we will be reviewing what percent of the services rendered during the test month are supported by the eligibility data. Since we restrict this review to only services rendered during the paid month, we expect a very high rate of support. Once you have been approved for the first month of data, you will be asked to submit your January 2008 through June 2008 data as production. Staff then will manually review that data, looking particularly at trends and PMPMs for the six-month period. Once approved, you will be asked to submit your July 2008 through March 2009 data as production.
