These kinds of questions will be answered in the documents participants will receive at training. They will not only give instructions for how to use the program but will also include practices and procedures (P&P) required for Jefferson County Public Schools. The core team is currently working with employees across the district to assemble these P&P documents. Most screens include a note area. How these comment areas will be used is currently under discussion.
