Previously you could view TDS packets by using trace flags 3605 and 4001. As of release 12.0, you can use the Ribo diagnostic utility to capture view TDS packets. Ribo is shipped with Adaptive 12.0 as well as jConnect. It also is as a free jConnect utility from http://www.sybase.com (see below). Ribo captures TDS stream information and saves it to a file.
