Restless legs is a syndrome characterised by uncomfortable tickling, burning, prickling or aching sensations in the muscles of the legs. Sufferers usually find that symptoms develop at night while they are in bed. The condition is quite common, and is thought to affect as many as 15 per cent of the population. While conventional treatment options for restless legs are limited, natural approaches usually work very well to control or eliminate symptoms.
