Is there a mysterious “Fifth Force” causing the galaxies to fall toward the outer limits of the universe?

Are the galaxies falling outward toward the border of a “Finite Universe”, powered by a Super Attractive Force located at the boundary of the universe? This ‘Super Attractive Force’ could be the fundamental mysterious 5th force (it is not ordinary gravity) that gives the four primary forces of nature the power to govern and guide the matter and energy of the universe. Together with nature’s other most fundamental law, “Inertia” they create mass and gravity of matter. The physical laws of the universe (inertia, gravity, etc.) determine the extent of the universe, neither matter or energy can exist without these laws. Stars could not form nor radiate their tremendous power without these laws. Either the laws go on forever or at some distance they cease to exist, (the universe is either infinite or finite). I say the universe is finite, at some distance the laws cease to exist. This is the boundary of the universe where a mysterious attractive super force is located! This is the 5th force
