Is there a movie with correct interpretation of double jeopardy?
The problems with movies is that they oversimplify legal concepts for the purpose of entertainment. One reason “double jeopardy” is a difficult concept to portray accurately is because lawyers and judges apply the wording of the constitution as it reads. You cannot be convicted of the same crime twice–however, the same set of circumstances could constitute several crimes. You may be convicted of one now and another later. Also, repeat criminals are punished more than once for the same crime. Nothing in the Constitution prevents double punishment. I refer to enhancement statutes. Hung juries also do not constitute a conviction. So, if there is a hung jury, the trial may have to start all over. That being said, the answer to your question is that every crime movie where the defendant is vindicated at trial, and the movie ends without the same defendant in another trial for the same crime, is a good example of the application of double jeopardy.
