I haven’t found any product out there that will not stain your driveway blocks. The moss should be easy to get up with just a brush as it has no real deep root system, you can even power wash it away. As far as the weeds go, if you can’t pull them up by hand then try painting them with the weed killer instead of spraying them outright. Basically just paint the leaves of the weed with a brush and the weedkiller. That way the weedkiller isn’t going all over your blocks. I do this with weeds that come up among my perennials that I can’t outright spray cause it will kill the perennials as well. It might take a longer time, but if you really want it out of there it is worth the effort. After it is done, get your blocks sealed because most sealants come with a weed inhibitor to stop it from happening again. Hope this helps!
