No. According to this offical Mobipocket forum thread, it seems there are no plans for one to be released. http://www.mobipocket.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13156&sid=494a2df12b48a1e8fdca8ae0e7bfb752 (Not sure it will help, but it can’t hurt to add your support to the thread). Currently you can install FBReader from the Android market, as it has, among other formats, support for non-DRM mobipocket files.
