Is there a missing encounter report?
>> Unlike older DOS and Unix systems, MedInformatix does not generate encounter numbers for each patient visit. The primary purpose of the encounter number was to make certain all charges were entered into the system. Even though MedInformatix does not use encounter numbers, it is possible to verify all charges are entered either from the Master List or with an unbilled charges report.
