Is there a minimum or maximum stay required at the Villa?
There is no minimum or maximum number of nights a group must reserve to rent the Villa. If we can fit you into the calendar, whether it’s one night or 30 nights, we’ll do it. We do have a 6-person minimum charge per night. Please note that there is a minimum 10-person charge during the Christmas Holiday 12/15-1/5. This works out well, as smaller groups do not have to pay a huge weekly rental fee when their group doesn’t use all the bedrooms and does not need the large staff that a big group requires. Why pay for it if you don’t use it? We have family/friends all over the United States that would like to go to the Villa.
