No. There is no minimum or maximum funding value that applicants may request under this program. All received applications will first be screened for eligibility, using the Eligibility Criteria listed on page 5 of the Grant Application package and as shown in the checklist contained in Attachment 9 (see page 24). Following eligibility screening, DWR will apply cost-sharing formulas to those projects that meet all applicable eligibility criteria.
