Is there a minimum number of countries or staff needed to participate?
Your organisation can participate in 1 to 140 countries depending on your needs. However if you have less than 15 local staff in a given location we will ask you to participate where you can and submit data and assist you by allowing you to purchase but not be a full participant in locations where you do not have enough staff. This is because Birches Group’s experience informs us that 15 local staff and above is better to ensure robust in-country salary application and internal relativity.
