Is there a minimum length of time per visit?
Yes. The minimum length of visit is 30 minutes. This is so that we may properly assess and reassess your needs as well as maintain our high standards of care. However, in some circumstances we will deliver 15 minute care only when we can maintain our high standards and the care does not involve time related input. An example of a 15 minute visit will be to monitor client health and well being or to prompt medication. Our carers can not deliver personal care in 15 minutes and still maintain our good standards.
