Is there a minimum distance from speed sign where officer can set up radar gun?
This was a speed trap set up in Orange County, VA where speed goes from 55 to 25. Officer was set up at 60 to 70 feet from speed change and caught me at 200 ft during deceleration.I received ticket for 42 in 25. I was told that there may be a 300 foot minimum distance in Va statute, but I cannot find cite.Thanks!
