Is there a minimum age required to rent a Globe Homes and Condos vacation home?
Yes, all adult guests must be 25 years or older to rent a private vacation home from Globe Homes and Condos. However, in some instances we are able to accomodate younger renters. In these cases a higher security and possibly a higer rental fee may be charged. Misrepresentation of age or occupancy will result in immediate forfeiture of occupancy and legal action.
