Like evaluations and feedback, mentoring is also an important facet of life and work at Orrick. The summer program will provide you with an introduction to our mentoring program. Each summer associate is assigned a partner and an associate mentor who guide you throughout the summer program. We will also encourage you to develop informal mentoring relationships with attorneys who can assist you in discrete areas.
