Yes, Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc. is the Area Agency on Aging for Cape Cod & the Islands. ESCCI provides meals for homebound individuals 60 years and over and for disabled persons. Enjoy a high quality meal with special celebrations for birthdays and holiday monthly.
