Is there a maximum file size that can be loaded for scanning?
Answer Whilst there is no set limit to the maximum file size, Windows sometimes (not always) reports an “out of memory” problem when loading large files in excess of three to five megabytes. With such large files, there is usually a drop in speed also. With large files, it is a good idea to save or export a copy of the file in either plain text or delimited format. This will give you a much smaller file to load into Juggler. If you encounter a memory error when loading a large file, try again after disabling the Scan on Load feature, then start the scan when the file has successfully loaded. Note: Don’t use a file compression utility to make the files smaller for loading into Juggler. Compressing a file can completely alter the file structure and make it impossible for Juggler to exctract email addresses. If you have a compressed file in the first place, you should decompress it before loading it into Juggler.
