Is there a map utility that shows where quest mobs and such are located?

There is not a map utility that shows where quest mobs etc are, however there IS an in game map. You can get this map by doing the initial trainer quest, or you can purchase it from a magic shop. Drag the map from your inventory onto the hot bar for easy access. In the Chronicle 1 patch, location coordinates will also be listed.
