A $5.00 monthly maintenance fee is assessed starting the 13th month after the purchase date for as long as there is a balance remaining on the card. Note: Navy Federal Visa Gift Cards are not connected with any personal checking or savings accounts, therefore any fees assessed will only be charged to the Navy Federal Gift Card.
