Yes. The list for Plucker users, plucker-list, is a fairly low traffic list. The developers list, plucker-dev, is intended for focused development discussion amongst the core Plucker development team. Of course, anyone is welcome to read. The Plucker Announce list is where new releases are announced. If you are only concerned with releases, this is the list for you.
