Is there a mailing fee attached to paper ticket bookings?
Yes. Shipping and handling fees are as follows: $3.00 for regular mail, $10.00 for ground shipping, $20.00 for express 2-3 Day and $30.00 for express overnight. All bookings made 15 days or less prior to departure are required to be sent 2-day or next day delivery. A Wholesale Expert will contact you to advise if a paper ticket is issued.
