Is there a list of organizations that qualify as Eligible Recipients?
No. A definition of an eligible recipient is given in the program agreement and members of the program have access to a Program Guide that explains these definitions in more detail. If you have a question about whether a specific organisation qualifies after reading the definition of Eligible Recipients in the agreement, please contact the customer service centre for that region. The program agreement can be downloaded for review from the online application page which also includes contact information.
