Is there a list of all the nationwide Differential GPS (DGPS) sites, operational, planned and proposed?

The files seem to have trash in them that is causing many errors in my software. Is this what you mean?? 4 1 original post-header comments being skipped COMMENT These lines ARE acceptable according to rinex standards. We are now joining ourhourly rinex files with the program “Teqc” developed by UNAVCO. The “4 1” says files have been joined and there is 1 comment line to follow. We do suppress several lines of comments with some options but this is the best we can do. If this is causing your software to blow up, you must correct your software. Check Rinex description for more information. Specifically Table A2, EVENT/epoch FLAG. 39. I’ve noticed that one of your sites has varying coordinates for the base station.
