Is there a limit to how much e-cash I can have on my TransLink card?

Yes, you can have a maximum of $300 in e-cash on your TransLink card. If you are adding value using your transit benefits that would cause the e-cash balance on your TransLink card to exceed $300, the entire transaction cannot be processed and the TransLink Customer Service Center will be required to return the value to your transit benefit provider. To avoid this, we recommend using a commuter/debit card (if available through your benefit provider) to hold any value above the TransLink $300 e-cash limit. The value on the commuter/debit card can then be added to your TransLink card as needed.
