IS there a law stating that high school must give students sufficient time to eat lunch?
No, but if this is a real concern it would not be hard to change the situation. Just have an adult (your parent or others) bring the matter to the next school board meeting or to the superintendent in a letter; insist that adequate meal time is given to each student at your school or media attention will be sought… they will more than likely respond.
