Hi Dwight, We have scoured our sources for such a metal kit and came up empty. We do know however there is a replacement wood kit availible. We talked to one of our local hotrod builders and he said the same thing. He has never heard of a metal kit. Thats not to say someone, somwhere does not make one. Our local said he fabricates new metal pieces using the old wood pieces as templates. This is a slow, time comsuming process and unless you have money to burn, it is expensive. Depending on the car etc. it can run upwards of about four grand. So if you want to replace these pieces in a metal form and have the equipment and skill, fill your boots… just take your time and tack weld everything before final committments. Good luck with this project and if any of our viewers know of such a metal kit, please let us know.
