A. Well, yes and no. There is an association in this subdivision, however, for certain houses it is optional and for others it is mandatory. This optional association affects the front half of the subdivision (Phase I) of the development. The back half (Phase II) has a mandatory association. So, if you are in the optional section of the subdivision and wanted to contribute money to the association, you are allowed to, but you will not have a vote in association decisions. 1831 Dockside Drive is in Phase I and the HOA is Optional.
