No. There are no minimum or maximum height restrictions. Q: If I am accepted as a Qantas Cadet, does that mean I am a Qantas employee? A: No. Cadet Pilots are not employees of Qantas and Cadets do not have access to the benefits and privileges under Qantas employment conditions. There is also no guarantee or commitment of future employment at any time after completion of the Cadet training program.
