Is there a good website to use to find the nutritional content of chicken breast?
Here’s my favorite: http://origin.www.nutritiondata.com/ It’s got a huge database, really really detailed nutrition facts, has different serving size options, and it even lets you plug multiple foods into your “pantry” so that you can calculate the nutritional contents of your own recipes (and if you have the nutrition label handy for a food that’s not in the database, you can add it). And it’s free. Here’s what I pulled up about chicken breast. I selected “Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, raw” from the database and “1/2 breast, bone and skin removed” from the drop-down serving size selector.
