Since I know of no such tree, and since http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/ has not been updated with the very last patch which was accepted 02OCT2008, I can think of no better way but to attach the original patches in this mail. Two of the patches for the list of supported devices are reversed in Andrew’s tree, but the result is completely equivalent.
