Is there a game called “stay alive “?
No there is not a game called Stay Alive (with the exception of the online flash fighting game). It is in fact just a movie. Yet the director of the movie did hint during an interview that the game is definitely a possibility with all the publicity about how great the game looked. He claimed that of course it would be a while before the game came out though (if it were to come out) and that it probably would not follow the movie’s storyline.
