There is one really easy way that is free and does not involve using YouTube or Veoh. Here’s the quick how-to:

Get a DropBox account (allows 2GB free online storage) and upload your video to your public folder per DropBox instructions (note: uploading directly through DropBox online is much faster than the desktop for larger files).
In the HTML section of your website, embed a video code using the embedded HTML generator from this site.
In the section for the media player frame for inserting the URL, use the public link from your Drop Box file.

You’re done! It should work after that.
