Is there a free online veterinary service?
Here is one site where I believe, you can ask a question to an online vet and get free advice. You can check this out! http://www.purinaone.com/Experts/ExpertQ… There are others, but you have to pay a membership fee or a certain amount per question, to get a question answered! I’m still looking, so if I find more that are free, I will add them to this answer.
