Is there a Franchisee Advisory Council?
Yes. The Oxford Learning Franchisee Advisory Council is an independent body of franchisees with the full support of Head Office. Council members provide direct communications between the franchisor and the franchisees so that all suggestions and issues can be dealt with in a fair manner. Our corporate policy is to work closely with this council and implement as many of its recommendations as possible. The FAC consists of five elected franchisees who represent certain regions. It is governed by a set of by-laws and provides minutes of meetings as well as regular communications with the entire franchise field.
