Is there a forum for ePrompter?

I am able to retrieve my Yahoo messages on ePrompter for a while and then I get one of those asterisks and ePrompter stops working with my Yahoo account. It continues to work with all my other email types like Hotmail – just not Yahoo. Why is this happening? A. We did a survey among Yahoo/ePrompter users and determined that a small percentage of our users were having the same problem as you with their Yahoo accounts, and that in most cases the problem with Yahoo seemed to be related to the frequency of ePrompter updates – specifically it appeared that if your frequency of updates was set for more than every 5 minutes (e.g., every minute, every 2 minutes, etc.), this would eventually cause a temporary IP ban with Yahoo which in turn would shut down ePrompter’s ability to work with Yahoo.
