Is there a formula for knowing what ones maximum blood pressure should be when weight training?

(Just as there is a maximum target heart rate). I’d like to do some moderate weight training, but am fearful. My BP is completely under control during normal activities as well as brisk walking. I’ve done weight training before, but this was before I exercised so much caution and tracking of my BP and heart rate. Any info would be appreciated.
