To file a refrigerator or freezer reimbursement: 1. From the Product List select your refrigerator or freezer 2. From the Product Detail, select the Plan Overview Tab (Default) 3. From the Plan Overview Tab, click on View Details 4. From the Warranty Details Page, in the Current Coverage Details, click on Food Spoilage Reimbursement Request hyperlink. 5. Form will open in PDF reader (Adobe Reader). 6. Print the form. 7. Follow the directions on the form.
