Is there a flu going around?
Yes, mine started last Thursday night, now a week has gone and I am still at it and all the people we know, have it or had it and say it takes 10 – 14 days to shake. Problems: Secondary infections of sinus, throat, middle ear, bronchitis and even pneumonia can easily be reached if one does not take a strong antibiotic if and when green expectorants appear. My doctor said that many of her patients return for a second time, because even after 10 days and getting rid of it, it returns. I am personally astonished that the government has not issued a warning to all. This is Influenza A&B and is very contagious. My wife just tells me chat ABC just reported that there is a flu epidemic in spite of the flu shots. Normally small places like ours are exempt from these epidemics that criss cross the big cities, especially major international airport and port cities, but not this time; it’s everywhere.
