Is there a fee waiver for the SOPHAS application?

0

Yes. A limited number of application fee waivers of various types are available through SOPHAS. General fee waivers are available both for US applicants and for International applicants, but the qualification criteria will differ. If you receive a general fee waiver, you will be able to apply to one SOPHAS designation free of charge (equivalent to $95.00 credit). You are responsible for application fees beyond that amount for additional programs and will be required to provide additional payment in Money Order format. In addition, you are eligible for a special program fee waiver if you are a participant in good standing in one of the following programs: • Project 1000 • Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program • Leadership Alliance • Gates Millennium Scholars and Alumni Participants in these programs may be eligible to receive multiple free designations, depending on the program. Please contact a representative at the scholarship program for more information. Applicants
