Is there a fee to upgrade a coaching license?
No. Unlike racing licenses, the coaching license annual fee covers you for the entire year, and there is no charge for upgrading the coaching license. Also, if you are a coach submitting an exam answer sheet for an upgrade, you only need to submit the answer sheet. There is no need for submitting a coaching license application or for undergoing a criminal background check for an upgrade. My license was lapsed for one year. How do I renew it? If you had a coaching license in 2007 but did not renew for 2008 you have two options: A) Submit a CEU Summary Report Form showing 4.0 CEUs earned in 2007 through 2008. Please review the CEU Policy.
