Is there a fee for registering a two-unit house?
Yes there is a fee for the required inspections by the Town. Payment is required at the time of making the application. The fee is listed in the “Building Services Fee” document, under “Registration for Two-unit Houses”, which is available on the Town’s website, at the Infrastructure Services Department counter at the Civic Centre and by calling 905-873-2601 ext. 2924.
