You haven’t told us enough about your situation for us to make any suggestions of possible options apart from your tourist visa e.g. knowing your husband’s immigration status would be useful. As you know, your 676 is a 12 month multiple entry visa with a limit of a 3 month stay on each entry but you need to understand that it can’t be used as anything like a de facto 12 month tourist visa. As a rule of thumb, you should stay outside Australia after each visit for at least as long as you stayed in the country e.g. 3 months here, 3 months away; 2 months here, 2 or 3 months away and so on. You would probably be allowed back in for another 3 months (after a lecture from the immigration officer on misusing the visa) fairly soon after your first visit (a couple of weeks) but there is no way you would get away with it a second time. There are no extensions or bridges available – the 676 is already the most flexible tourist visa.
