Is there a dress code for tourists in Bhutan?
There is no particular dress code for the tourist. It would be nice to avoid revealing clothing (such as wearing very short skirts and tank tops). Men can bring jeans, cottons pants, collar T-shirts, casual shirts, and long sleeves and coat/ jacket for the evening and early morning. You cant wear short, short skirt, T-shirt without collar, hats/caps, and slipper while visiting Monasteries, Temples, Dzongs, though they are fine for trekking and hiking.
