Is there a dress code for students who attend USAREUR-funded classes?
Military personnel are authorized to wear either their duty uniform or appropriate civilian attire. Students who are not in uniform are advised to dress in a manner that is both comfortable and professional. Why do non-USAREUR soldiers & civilians need to complete DD Form 448 (MIPR)? The classes offered at the Stuttgart ATC are funded by USAREUR, and are thus provided to USAREUR soldiers & civilian personnel at no cost to themselves or their units. Non-USAREUR personnel (both military & civilian) must submit DD Form 448 (MIPR) to ensure that USAREUR is reimbursed for the cost of their training.
