ATO Position Draft Goods and Services Tax Ruling, GSTR 1999/D9: the margin scheme for supplies of real property held prior to 1 July 2000, sets out the preliminary, though considered, view of the Australian Taxation Office. A final version of this ruling will issue before 30 June 2000.
